I explore physical phenomenon in organic systems, to gain insights into charge transport mechanisms in organic materials and at their interfaces, and find ways to enhance performance of their devices.
My approach combines fabrication and characterization of test structures to extract information about devices and their components, with first principles simulations to reveal phenomenon at molecular and nano scale. I develop device models, analytical models, numerical models, or AI models to integrate and explain these multiscale observations and predict device behaviour based on material properties and also uncover structure-property correlations for effective molecular design.
At other times, I enjoy sports and have been a part of institute tennis team. I have also completed high altitude treks in the Himalays.
